Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. You will receive a notification and tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping & Tracking
All shipments include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS for shipping. Delivery times vary by destination, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, the package is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost shipments caused by the carrier.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you have not received it:

Double-check your shipping address at checkout

Check with neighbors or others at your address

Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered prematurely

Contact your local post office or carrier hub for more information
If your package is still missing after taking these steps, please contact us at josh@giantstepdesign.com, and we’ll work with you to figure out the best solution. Each situation is handled on a case-by-case basis, and while we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues, we will do our best to help resolve.
We reserve the right to verify claims and may require a brief waiting period (typically 7–10 business days after the estimated delivery date) before replacing or refunding lost packages.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Please double-check your information at checkout.
